It's Earth Day and I was going to write a diary on a topic that is not really my area of expertise: The environment. Thankfully, and to spare you of my ignorance on this subject, Kos at dKos pointed out that there a plethora of information flowing across their site today in their Earth Day Blogathon:
Welcome to the official Earth Day @ DKos Blogathon Mothership diary. I will keep an updated table with links to eco-diaries beneath the fold. Feel free to treat this as an Earth Day open thread, and pimp any diaries that I may have missed.
I have also compiled some good, bad, and ugly environmental factoids that caught my eye. I hope they give some insight into the ecological dangers we still face on our Pale Blue Dot this Earth Day, in 2010.
There are so many things we can all try to do but as my light escapades have proven, I really have a lot to learn on this. And we can all, always, try to do more.
