BREAKING: Supreme Court Revises Brown Decision

In a startling alteration of a historic decision,
the United States Supreme Court offered a revision of the 1954 ruling
Brown v Topeka Board of Education.

Clause (g) is henceforth appended to the ruling:

(g) Public schools are not required or forbidden to be segregated,
but states retain the power to prohibit integrated schools in school
districts under their jurisdiction.

It's snark, relating to disappointment over

the current healthcare reform bill.

Note that there's no link such a SCOTUS decision/review, and that under the fold the diarist gripes about the slap Reid gave to women with regard to abortion as part of appeasing Ben Nelson.
