Clinton Years, American Dream Reversed artwork by Ray Tapajna

Clinton Years American Dream Reversed artwork by Ray Tapajna is the most popular piece in the Art-that-Talk series featured in Tapart News and Art that Talks at http://tapsearch.com/tapartnews and http://tapsearch.com/flatworld
It represents a time when prosperity was proclaimed by President Clinton and Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan while millions were losing their jobs during the most massive dislocation of jobs in history. Everything seemed to be in reversed in the land of "is" where it all depended on what you definition of "is" is. The artwork is also certified as BIAM ( Bank of International Money ) in Copenhagen Denmark in a standard size and standard value of $27 euro and $34 U.S. dollars. BIAM's mission is to make art as instrument of transaction as money.
This art piece is again timely with the Democrat Presidential Candidates making NAFTA trade agreement a hot topic in their debates. Relating to the art, Ray Tapajna has an Open Letter to the Presidential Candidates and it can be viewed here at http://discuss.epluribusmedia.net/open-letter-to-candidates It should be noted that about 70 percent of registered Republicans now question Free Trade as reported in the Wall Street Journal. The Democrats seemed to be in denial about Free Trade in the 1990s are now responding with a lout NO!
