Your Dream Candidates?

Set Up Buzz!
I don't know about others, but I am pretty tired and disgusted by the hate-group boot stomp that has become the democratic presidential primary. It's like the whole show has attracted every racist, misogynist, and nutcase on the planet.
Being a hopeful sort, I woke up this morning with a vision of my dream ticket: Al Gore and John Edwards.
Okay, okay, okay. I hear you. Two white men and from the same geographic area to boot. But there you have it. My subconcious at work.
So who would be your dream ticket? Some simple rules --
- They have to be living Americans (Otherwise I would have had Paul Wellstone up there)
- They can't be Obama, Clinton or a Republican ... tho an independent is okay
That's it.
Count me in as one vote for drafting Gore and Edwards. Brains and compassion, in no special order -- but attributes that have been completly missing during the past 8-years of the Bush administration.

I'm gonna cheat a little, by telling you my dream
Instead of answering as you asked here is my dream.
AMERICANS FINALLY REALIZE WHAT ABSOLUTELY CRAP THEY HAVE BEEN BEING FED BY ARROGANT SPIN MEISTERS AND NEWS COMMENTATORS AND OPINION SHAPERS IN GENERAL and they are driven into retirement--hopefully going "to the moon" as Jackie Gleason used to say in a threatening voice to his wife Alice.
On second thought I would like ELIZABETH EDWARDS ON THE TICKET.
Elizabeth would be awesome.

works for me ... or even Edwards/Gore.
I'm with ya ... this election season has me tearing my hair. When Clinton and Obama -- and John Edwards, were on the Colbert Report the other nite it made me sad. It was so obvious which one should have the nomination, yet that horse got cut early in the race. [sigh]
