Just want to call attention to a related story US to compensate family of 12 Nepalese killed in Iraq By Manisha Bomjan, May 22, 2008 Artcle on the lawsuit involving the KBR subcontractor, Daoud & Partners, who denied the 12 Nepali workers killed in Iraq were its employees. Daoud was trying to avoid paying DBA benefits to survivors. Ugly story but the law eventually won. Previously covered here: http://discuss.epluribusmedia.net/node/1724
