Just how much 'breaking' did you intend the reader to believe that there is embedded in your "Breaking?" I swim in Snark-fested waters too frequently, no longer can tell signal from noise at the subtle end of the scale. Heck, I can no longer tell subtle for that matter.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) refuses to allow non-partisan voter registration at VA hospitals and nursing homes for our wounded, injured, ill, and disabled veterans. VCS believes VA is wrong, and the policy must change immediately. Pick up the phone today and urge your Senators and Representative to pass S 3308 and HR 6625, the "Veteran Voting Support Act," and restore our veterans' voting rights as soon as possible so our veterans can vote on Nov. 4th.
