In Ohio Republican Party v. Brunner, the majority ruled that the district court's order, coming so close to Election Day, was unduly disruptive and thus improper.
The Republicans nationwide continue trying everything possible to interfere with this election. Cool. They've played out just about enough rope now to hang themselves, and they are just dumb enough to do it.
