Every morning on my walk to the bus, I pass the windows of a shop called Bazar.  They sell imports, womens' clothing, shoes, etc.  I often look at the dresses on display with an eye for something my wife would like me to surprise her with.  They often have some posters for bands or performances that I assume the owner fancies.

Hillary Endorses Obama: "United and More Ready than Ever to Win in November" (W/Video)

“This isn’t the party I planned but I sure like the company,” Hillary said as she opened her concession speech at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.

Speaking to the “18 million...from all walks of life,” who voted for her, Hillary congratulated and endorsed Barack Obama, stating:

"The way, the way to continue our fight now, to accomplish the goals for which we stand is to take our energy, our passions, our strengths and do all we can to help elect Barack Obama, the next president of the United States."

Donna Brazile before the DNC Rules Panel: "My Mama Taught Me to Play by the Rules"

Perhaps the most poignant statement of today's DNC Rules Panel, was offered by Donna Brazile, Superdelegate and Panel Committee Member. Brazile's comment came as a counter to Governor Blanchard, Hillary Clinton supporter. Blanchard denies the Michigan election was a "flawed primary" as Congressman Bonior and others pointed out:

"You must NOT turn you back on our loyal state," said Blanchard. The candidates taking their names off the ballot "was a knowing, willing decision. It doesn't make the election flawed. It makes a flawed strategy."

Brazile, driving home the obvious, stated that "Changing the rules in the middle of the game is called cheating."

The DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee convened this morning, after a heated late night meeting where a resolution could not be reached.

President Jimmy Carter Tells Hillary to "Give it Up" (W/Video)

As Hillary continues to vow to stay in the race, the pressure and calls for her to withdraw increase.

President and Superdelegate Jimmy Carter, while hinting at an Obama endorsement, told Sky News that he expects the remaining super delegates to endorse right after the last primary and "at that point [June 3], it'll be time for her to give it up."

What about the sensitivity to the Kennedy Family? Hillary?

::

That image above is hard to look at, sad to remember, and hard for many to swallow. That is assassination.

I don't know what Hillary Clinton was thinking of to invoke the painful memory of Robert F. Kennedy into this, but after this she is definitely not worthy of any Vice Presidential slot.

Obama Fires Back on Bush's Appeasement Accusation (W/Video)

Just moments ago, Obama fired back on Bush's outrageous comparison to "Appeasement of Hitler" stating:

"I want to be perfectly clear with George Bush and John McCain, if George Bush and John MCain want to have a debate about protecting America, that is a debate I am willing to have anytime and any place, and that is a debate that I will win, because George Bush and John McCain have a lot to answer for."

Congratulations to Hillary Clinton and her supporters for the win in West Virginia.

Clinton netted 137,410 of the popular vote.

Many estimated that West Virginians would vote upwards or over 500,000 to 600,000, but that was not the case.

The turnout was lower.

Moving on....

Today Clinton will use this West Virginia win for a few fronts.

Video-John Edwards on FTN: "It's Important We Get United as a Party"

Appearing on Face the Nation this morning, John Edwards stated, "It's important we get united as a party."

Edwards responded to Schieffer's question regarding Hillary's "hardworking white Americans" comments noting that likely she feels it was a poor choice of words. Edwards furthered discussed how "Hillary needs to decide as she makes her case for herself...she has to be very careful she does not damage our prospects for the fall." Edwards believes that it is not possible for Hillary to win the nomination at this point, based on the math.
