Esquire article by Thomas P.M. Barnett, Fallon may also be the only force in global politics keeping Dick Cheney from entangling America in an all out war with Iran.
If that's so, it's another indication of just how broken America's system of government has become under George W. Bush's dysfunctional stewardship.
