Nick Benton runs syndicated columnists in the Falls Church News Press, and one of the regulars is Maureen Dowd. Lot's of time she ticks me off 'cause I really dislike her kind of snide commentary, however in this case... She makes some good points on a topic that really gets me mad--how the hate machine is going after Michelle Obama. And I am truly nonpartisan on this subject. I definitely think that Laura Bush, as opposed to her husband, definitely does show a human side sometimes. Yeah I know it is kept carefully hidden.
