As you'll see in the video of a Fox News snippet, Reuters is reporting North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has pancreatic cancer.
However Yonhap News Agency in South Korea reports, The South Korean government has no information on North Korean leader Kim Jong-il having pancreatic cancer as reported by a local broadcaster Monday, officials said.

SEOUL, July 6 (Yonhap) -- The U.N. Security Council will soon discuss how to deal with North Korea's firing of ballistic missiles over the weekend, which violated the council's existing resolutions against the communist nation, South Korea's top nuclear envoy said Monday.
