Open Thread - Karl in a Corner
Just thought I'd post this little discovery I made whilst cruising through Alabama news. I just know there are some out there that can't get enough of Karl...
I have to remark that I was surprised as heck to see it in the
Montgomery Independent......... I'm telling you.. stateline.org is the best site for news around our country.

Karl Rove likes to compare himself with Mark Hanna, the powerful industrialist and senator in the waning nineteenth century who is often credited with the transformation of American political campaigns. Democrats on committee threaten to subpoena Karl Rove about former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman's prosecution
"We recognize the committee's legitimate interest in putting to rest the baseless and unsubstantiated charges that have been made by Governor Siegelman and others about
his prosecution," wrote Robert Luskin, Rove's attorney. Luskin proposed that the interview with committee staff not be transcribed or under oath.
