Albino Mooses

Here's one for the record books, passed on from www.nakedcapitalism.com. Albino mooses in Michigan, not one, but two, and then some shots of singles out with the regular kind. (Pictures below).

The odds of seeing an albino moose are astronomical and to see this in the upper peninsula of Michigan , near Wisconsin , is even greater than astronomical. To see two of them together is nearly impossible.

We wanted to share these photos with as many people as possible because you will probably never have a chance to see this rare sight again."

I have seen a lot of moose up close - they are HUGE - but never an albino moose.

What beautiful creatures they are! I love how they just blend into the snow. Can you imagine how it would feel to see one walking late at night deep in the woods?
