Amazing Race

With almost no votes counted (again) the race is called in North Carolina. Being skeptical of numbers from news, I recommend the Indiana Elections Site. Updated as Counties report, the list as of this minute (5:12 pm PT) is mostly empty.
Enjoy the count. I think I'll just wait for morning . . .
No votes yet

It appears that about 2/3 votes cast have been counted in NC
as of this note.
http://results.enr.clarityelections.com/NC/1875/3666/en/summary.html
1,514,987 ballots cast
1,132,053 tallied (for D candidates)
It's still a partial count in NC but not as close to zero as you found in IN earlier.
Counties Partially Reported: 51 of 100
Counties Completely Reported: 26 of 100
I don't watch much TV.
Maybe noting that a bunch of white Special Service guys are looking outward from their perimeter around Obama is an experience only novel to my tube-challenged environment.
I guess eight years of hell only heighten the sense of possibility, whether he wins in the end or not.
